We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Internal Accounts team as an Administrative Support Coordinator - Internal Accounts.

In this role, you will provide customer-focused administrative support to grow our National Accounts portfolio, delivering excellent customer service and addressing customer needs through various communication channels. You will work closely with regional and internal teams to ensure all service requests are carried out promptly and that invoicing is accurate.

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar customer service or business administration-related role, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. You will also need to demonstrate working effectively under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
