About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Grocery and Independent wholesale customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering top line sales budgets for your customer portfolio.
- Nurturing key relationships with internal and external customers.
- Developing comprehensive knowledge of product ranges to ensure ranging is in line with customer and business requirements.
- Preparing and managing Go to Market presentations, price lists, and order placement.
- Co-managing planning and forecasting of stock with the National Sales Manager.
- Managing clearance lines to achieve stock targets.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience as a Sales Coordinator or Junior Account Manager who is keen to continue progressing their career and developing in the sales space. Exposure to large multi-site retailers and a centralised buying structure, as well as experience in a busy role where you are responsible for sales administration, coordinating activities, and liaising with multiple stakeholders and external/third parties will set you up for success in this position.
You must have a genuine passion for brands and the world of wholesale/retail – and love the art of sales. You should be energetic, conscientious, and able to use your initiative and problem solve your way through issues as they arise, and come to the table with solutions. Sound knowledge of Excel and an ability to pick up new systems quickly is also required.
