**Job Description**

As an IT Sales Coordinator in our IT & Gaming department, you will assist the Store Management team in achieving sales and profitability targets for your store. You will ensure all IT Gaming Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with a focus on safety, including in-store processes and incident reporting.

You will work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in-store and online customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard of pricing integrity across the IT & Gaming Department, cross-training, developing, and supporting sales team members on all aspects of IT & Gaming Department products and services.

You will also contribute to financial performance through inventory management, loss prevention, and management of controllable expenses. Additionally, you will assist the Store Management team in daily operational aspects of the store and continuously improve skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and participation in other development opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need at least two years of retail operations experience and demonstrated experience overseeing/coordinating the activities of a team. You must be able to identify opportunities to further develop this role and present recommendations to Management accordingly.
