We are seeking an experienced District Nurse to join our team at Wofo. As a District Nurse, you will provide clinical care and support to patients in their homes.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $93,450 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy the benefits of working as a mobile nurse, allowing you to set your own schedule and prioritize your workload.
Job DescriptionAs a District Nurse, you will travel within the community to assess, monitor, and support patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical care and support to patients in their homes
- Coordinating with doctors, pharmacists, and other professionals to manage patient care
- Educating patients and families on health management and preventive care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Nursing qualification with current registration
- Experience in community nursing or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
