Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to manage our key accounts with Foodstuffs North Island (FSNI). In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies, achieve financial performance targets, and work closely with customers to build strong relationships and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to meet targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at FSNI, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Improve Sales Processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize sales performance.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key influencers within the customer organization.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring the achievement of financial performance goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in key account management, preferably in the Grocery sector.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales decisions.
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
