Motor Claims Advisor Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Advisor to join our team at Performance Motors Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients during the motor claims process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer liaison strategies to ensure seamless and stress-free experiences for our customers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and prepare detailed reports to support the claims process.
  • Coordinate with repair vendors and other third parties to facilitate the timely resolution of claims.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to all motor claims.
  • Provide regular status updates to customers and manage their expectations.

Requirements and Skills
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing motor claims or insurance role is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and claims processes.
