About the Position
This Motor Claims Advisor role at Performance Motors Limited requires a professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their motor claims and provide guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Liaison: Liaise directly with customers to understand their motor claims and provide guidance throughout the process.
  2. Vehicle Damage Assessment: Assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed reports to support the claims process.
  3. Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate with repair vendors and other third parties to facilitate the timely resolution of claims.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all motor claims.
  5. Status Updates: Provide regular status updates to customers and manage their expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing motor claims or insurance role is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of relevant industry regulations and claims processes.
