Cb & Associates is seeking an experienced Food Ingredient Sales Executive to manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in the food ingredient industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage company resources and expertise
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-15 years of sales experience in the food ingredient industry
- Proven track record of success in account management and new business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary: $140k - $160k
- Bonus eligibility: 15% (5% company performance, 5% personal objectives, 5% individual accounts) + new business incentive (paid twice a year)
- Car allowance
- PTO: 144 hrs (18 days) up to 5th year of service
