Account Management Role

Cb & Associates is seeking an experienced Food Ingredient Sales Executive to manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in the food ingredient industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage company resources and expertise
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-15 years of sales experience in the food ingredient industry
  • Proven track record of success in account management and new business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $140k - $160k
  • Bonus eligibility: 15% (5% company performance, 5% personal objectives, 5% individual accounts) + new business incentive (paid twice a year)
  • Car allowance
  • PTO: 144 hrs (18 days) up to 5th year of service
