Key Responsibilities- Drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across the East Coast region.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both existing clients and new prospects to build long-term partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover trends, assess competitive activity, and highlight expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and maximize impact.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals that support revenue growth and strategic objectives.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations and tailored proposals to key decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and revenue goals.
- Track, measure, and analyse key performance indicators to refine and enhance business development efforts.
- Act as a brand ambassador at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to elevate market visibility.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management—ideally within the electronics or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, technology-driven solutions, or related industry offerings.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven capability to design and implement strategic business development plans.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Flexibility to travel throughout the East Coast region.
