Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day office activities, including visitor management, call handling, email management, and delivery coordination.
  • Providing administrative support, including client document preparation, data entry, correspondence, and filing.
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems, records, and databases.
  • Supporting financial administration, such as receivables matching.
  • Organising and coordinating business events and functions.
  • Completing general administration, logistics, and hospitality tasks.
  • Supporting client and employee onboarding processes.
  • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
