The Role: We are currently seeking a self-driven, adaptable individual to fill a unique position in our New Plymouth Branch. You will be responsible for supporting the team across multiple aspects of our operation.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks including loading/unloading trucks, performing local metro deliveries, and assisting with administration duties.

This is a busy, part-time role requiring 25 – 30 hours per week with 4.00am starts. Flexibility to work extra hours as required may be necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Forklift experience and confidence in loading/unloading trucks.
  • A valid NZ Class 2 or 4 licence preferred.
  • Good counting and mathematical skills.
  • Experience in checking consignments for damage and correct quantities.
  • Competence in completing paperwork and keeping it clean and tidy.
  • Solid administration and computer skills with the ability to learn new technology.
  • Commitment to health and safety.
  • Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
