The Ministry of Justice is seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the operation of the Family Court. As a Court Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating specialist services and managing relationships with stakeholders.
This position is based at the New Plymouth District Court and is part of the Lower North Island team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone with experience in or knowledge of Family Court procedures and legislation. You should also possess analytical skills to enable relevant legislation to be interpreted and applied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating specialist services
- Managing relationships with stakeholders
- Providing administrative support
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Experience in or knowledge of Family Court procedures and legislation
- Analytical skills to interpret and apply legislation
Salary Range: $72,634 - $100,846 pro rata based on skills and experience.
