About The Role
In this Client Relationship Specialist role, you will have the opportunity to look after a portfolio of commercial clients, manage an active and effective campaign to increase cross sales to existing customers, conduct financial analysis, and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies. You will also be required to establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer's industry and associated markets.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Background or experience within the commercial sector
  • Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen
  • Prior experience working with stakeholders and establishing and managing relationships in a customer delivery role/customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
