Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key relationships with corporate partners across omnichannel Pet Specialty Retail.
- Collaborate with internal teams, corporate partners, and field sales teams to enhance our market presence and product performance.
- Develop and implement promotional and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Present new product developments and category merchandising initiatives to corporate partners.
- Negotiate and manage trading terms as part of annual strategic planning.
- Conduct performance reviews with key accounts, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee trade spend budgets and promotional programs to maximize financial performance.
- Ensure optimal product supply by contributing to demand forecasting and supply chain coordination.
- Support customer marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational programs for retail and veterinary staff.
About You:
- You have 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, including offline and online specialist retailers.
- You possess project management skills and intermediate computer literacy with Microsoft office software, including PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel.
