Royal Canin is a global leader in pet health nutrition. Our purpose-driven company seeks a Client Relationship Specialist to drive strategic partnerships and sales growth within the Pet Specialty Retail channel in New Zealand.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key relationships with corporate partners across omnichannel Pet Specialty Retail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, corporate partners, and field sales teams to enhance our market presence and product performance.
  • Develop and implement promotional and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Present new product developments and category merchandising initiatives to corporate partners.
  • Negotiate and manage trading terms as part of annual strategic planning.
  • Conduct performance reviews with key accounts, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee trade spend budgets and promotional programs to maximize financial performance.
  • Ensure optimal product supply by contributing to demand forecasting and supply chain coordination.
  • Support customer marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational programs for retail and veterinary staff.

About You:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, including offline and online specialist retailers.
  • You possess project management skills and intermediate computer literacy with Microsoft office software, including PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel.
