Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Athletic Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role will include leading a team of sales associates, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all sales processes are followed. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales growth.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. A proven track record of sales success and experience working in a retail environment would be highly desirable.
