Job Description
The Manager, Digital & Channel Evolution will be responsible for driving the strategic evolution of ACC's digital channels. This includes delivering the customer experience across all customer areas - Client, Business, and Provider.
You will work with stakeholders across the business to ensure roadmaps are strategically aligned with key organisational outcomes.
Day-to-day, you'll manage multiple teams who contribute towards the customer experience across our channels.
