Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Express, Inc. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Talent Management: Attract, develop, and retain top talent by creating an exceptional store culture and providing opportunities for growth and development.
- Customer Experience: Build a store environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences by leading, modeling, teaching, and coaching associates on customer engagement.
- Execution: Analyze the business and execute clear action plans that optimize results, including managing daily store operations, directing workload, and ensuring execution of plans and strategies.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Three to five years of previous store management experience with responsibility for annual sales volume of $3 million plus.
- Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability.
- Ability to network, recruit, interview, train, develop, and promote associates.
