Tangram is a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead our Customer Support team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maximizing customer retention and enhancing the overall customer experience. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with other department heads to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of five staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Coordinate incoming calls across multiple branches to ensure seamless communication
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Customer Support team
Requirements:
- Three years of customer service experience at a senior level
- Resilience and ability to work autonomously in a repetitive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

About You
- Three years of customer service experience ideally at a senior level

- Good computer skills and a high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Practical and keen to challenge and implement new ideas and processes
- Strong organisational skills and the capability to prioritise workloads and tasks efficiently
- The ability to work well in a team environment

- Reporting and Administration to Senior Management
- Automotive Service experience is highly desirable
