The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maximizing customer retention and enhancing the overall customer experience. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with other department heads to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of five staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Coordinate incoming calls across multiple branches to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Customer Support team

Requirements:

  • Three years of customer service experience at a senior level
  • Resilience and ability to work autonomously in a repetitive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

About You

  • Three years of customer service experience ideally at a senior level

  • Good computer skills and a high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Practical and keen to challenge and implement new ideas and processes
  • Strong organisational skills and the capability to prioritise workloads and tasks efficiently
  • The ability to work well in a team environment

  • Reporting and Administration to Senior Management
  • Automotive Service experience is highly desirable
