About You
We are looking for a vibrant, energetic, and authentic individual with a positive attitude to join our CALVIN KLEIN team at LAMBTON QUAY, Wellington. As a Customer Experience Director, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a high level of store visual merchandising standards and ensure effective stock management.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the retail apparel industry.
- Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
