Our Store Managers play a critical role in driving business success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, drive commercial success, and promote the adidas brand.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and drive commercial success
  2. Take ownership of store operations and ensure seamless day-to-day management
  3. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth
  4. Collaborate with district managers and other stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
  5. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge
