Technical Sales Director

DynaTrace Software GmbH is seeking an ambitious Technical Sales Director to lead our Digital Experience Solutions team. As a key member of our sales engine, you will provide exceptional technical support to the sales team and drive revenue growth.
About You
We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual with previous SE & leadership experience or another technical customer-facing role. You should be passionate about innovative technology, technical sales, and articulating value to customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
• Build and lead a team of Solution Engineers who serve as our core product introduction, evaluation, and education experts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve your team goals and evangelize DynaTrace's product offerings during international trade shows and key customer account meetings.
• Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities and incremental sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Present DynaTrace's vision to C-suite executives, provide technical guidance in the Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages of the opportunity sales cycle, and present on-stage demonstrations providing insight and context to our customers during key marketing events.
• Gather, qualify, and provide feedback from customers to Product Management to improve DynaTrace's market share and meet the market needs.
• Work with local Sales and Sales Engineering leadership to identify learning/development opportunities for you and the local team to maintain DynaTrace's leadership position in the market.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, partners, and service teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
• Previous 5+ years of experience working with digital experience monitoring and business analytics technologies and techniques.
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with Enterprise companies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate technical value into business value.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues to produce a working outcome and manage this process.
• Strong desire to grow professionally, adapt to an ever-changing environment, and be coachable.
