DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to join Overwolf's brand partnerships team and help shape the future of gaming through the most innovative and creative advertising solutions.You'll drive revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with the top brands and agencies to help them reach & engage AAA gamers. You'll need excellent presentation skills, a proven record of closing large deals, managing senior relationships, overseeing many projects simultaneously, and exhibit a deep understanding of digital advertising and gaming.This role is open to candidates eligible to work across the US East Coast with strategic relationships in NYC, Atlanta, and Miami.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:Identify, prioritize, educate, and secure business opportunities.Drive revenue by seeking out business challenges with clients and partner agencies.Serve as a trusted partner to senior marketers and agencies by maintaining a consultative approach and offering strategic media solutions, establishing campaign goals, learning agendas, buy models, golden rules, etc.Partner with internal and client cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.Create, own, and execute the strategic approach for each account in the assigned book of business with the intent to simultaneously unlock and elevate each relationship.Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts, provide reports as needed, and recommend performance enhancements.Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.Own planning and development of all senior client meeting agendas, including having suitable materials, participants, and key actions.Articulate and update clients on Overwolf's products and developments; educate clients and agencies on best practices.Provide guidance and be a mentor for junior members of the team.RequirementsMinimum of 7+ years of direct digital Media Sales experience.Proven track record of growing top-to-bottom relationships with both clients and agencies and of reaching and exceeding sales goals.Deep knowledge of the self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying.Deep understanding of the videogames ecosystem and a strong passion for it.Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers for brands and their agencies.Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A team player with a collaborative mindset.Enthusiasm for building something from the bottom up.BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience.Bonus PointsExperience in selling in/around-game media.Not sure that you're 100% qualified but are up for the challenge?
