Senior Business Operations Coordinator

Xero is a dynamic and innovative company that helps small businesses succeed. We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in New Zealand.
This role offers the perfect blend of administrative support, project coordination, and strategic thinking. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to senior stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be on managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely completion of projects. You will also be responsible for implementing effective operational policies and procedures, supporting strategic improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of regular project progress reports.
We're looking for someone with excellent organizational and planning skills, who can prioritize workload efficiently and maintain high standards. Your ability to work independently, multitask, and deal with competing priorities is essential.
