Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day operations and projects across our organization. This is a great opportunity to work with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and projects across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Manage inquiries, resolve contract issues, and advise senior management while tracking timelines and preparing reports on project activities, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Analyze project data, manage business cases, and cost tracking (including Purchase Orders).
  • Provide user training and ICT resource support.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a complex project management role or environment.
  • Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in data migration projects.
  • Familiarity with project planning and network tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
