About This Role
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of Maori-centred research and evaluation strategies. You will provide expertise in kaupapa Maori research and evaluation to inform operational initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective planning and prioritization of work. You will also be responsible for leading the presentation and communication of kaupapa Maori insights to colleagues, senior management, and stakeholders.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Maori-centred and/or kaupapa Maori research and evaluation. You will also have experience in developing and delivering high-quality research and evaluation activities. You will have demonstrated ability to engage at all levels, including with whanau, hapu, iwi, and hapori, and use te reo Maori, Matauranga Maori, and tikanga across similar contexts.
