About the Role
This role is a critical part of our Te Reo Maori Workforce Supply & Leadership team. As a Lead Advisor (Te Reo Maori Workforce Supply & Leadership), you will play a key role in ensuring Aotearoa has the right educators and leaders supported and thriving nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Crafting and refining current strategies/initiatives
  • Delivering solutions to ensure timely, well-placed, and skilled teacher availability
  • Mentoring team members and ensuring sector-wide views and perspectives are reflected in our work
Requirements
  • Experience in leading national change initiatives
  • Policy or service design skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information
  • Strong business writing and presentation skills
