Job Description:
As Senior Advisor to the Office for Maori Crown Relations, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and advice to Ministers. You will lead organisational change, collaborate with public sector agencies, and provide high-quality, evidence-based advice. A commitment to tikanga Maori, matapono Maori, and kaupapa Maori is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership, delivery skills, and engagement with iwi and Maori stakeholders. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and provide high-quality advice.
