About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Schedule Coordinator to join our team at Ihra Group. As a Schedule Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Support Workers and their managers, ensuring the seamless delivery of rosters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with our Support Workers and their managers to ensure that rosters are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Support Workers and their managers
  • Coordinate rosters to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage short-notice sick leave requirements

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in scheduling or rostering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
