About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing rosters, and communicating with Support Workers and their managers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle conflicts will be essential in achieving the required deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate schedules and manage rosters to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Communicate effectively with Support Workers and their managers via phone.
  • Handle short-notice sick leave requirements and other variables in the work environment.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Bring
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably with scheduling or rostering knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Conflict Management experience and the ability to resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office suite, and the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
