Customer Resolution Specialist

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and resolving data-related issues affecting customers
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve customer outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data transactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of remediation initiatives
- Providing expert advice and guidance on data analysis and interpretation
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Strong technical skills in SQL, analytics tools, and database management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
