We're looking for a Customer Vulnerability & Resolution Advisor—someone who will help continue to improve the way we support our customers and provide the extra care when our customers need it most.
Your role: In this role, you'll be at the heart of our approach to customer vulnerability and fair resolution.
You'll:
Help to develop new and refine existing policies, frameworks, and processes that ensure customers in vulnerable situations receive the extra care they need and effectively resolve customer complaints.Embed best practices across the organization, helping teams proactively identify, support, and resolve extra care needs and complaints with empathy.Lead from experience, handling complex cases firsthand, providing expert guidance, and using insights from real interactions to continuously improve our approach.What we're looking for: Expertise in complaints management and dispute resolution in banking or financial services.Experience developing or working with customer vulnerability programmes or frameworks in banking or a related field.Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and sound judgment.Data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to identify trends, extract insights, and inform decision-making.This role is for you if you: Are an advocate for fair customer treatment and believe in doing the right thing.Build strong relationships across all teams and roles and influence positive change.Thrive in both structured and fast-moving environments, balancing urgent customer needs with long-term improvements.Enjoy working with data and insights to improve processes and customer outcomes.What's in it for you?
