Historic Claims offers an Alternative Disputes Resolution Service to support claimants who have experienced abuse or neglect in State care. Our approach focuses on delivering the best possible outcomes for claimants and fostering positive experiences.

As a specialist in this field, you'll contribute to making a difference in the lives of those affected by historical events.

Your Key Responsibilities

Assess individual claims using our established framework and provide recommendations to support decision-making

Coordinate the release of personal data to claimants while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Work collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional outcomes for claimants

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
