We're looking for an exceptional leader to drive transformational change and lead Integrated Business Planning as our Head of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

This pivotal role will be at the forefront of optimising our end-to-end value chain, ensuring seamless integration across livestock, logistics, sales, and operations.

As a strategic leader, you will shape and implement a best-in-class S&OP framework, driving collaboration across key business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership – Drive transformational change and lead Integrated Business Planning.
  • Optimisation of the Value Chain – Enhance end-to-end visibility, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.
  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP) – Lead the shift from traditional S&OP to a more dynamic, integrated planning model.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships across Livestock, Logistics, Sales, and Operations to align commercial and operational priorities.
  • Transformation & Change Management – Champion continuous improvement and transformation to enhance decision-making and operational resilience.
