Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Court Registry Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the court, including facilitating the introduction of judges, managing jurors, and providing excellent customer service to individuals interacting with the court.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the running of the court by working closely with judges and other members of the judiciary.
- Ensure that all necessary information is available to the judiciary and case parties in a timely manner.
- Manage jurors and provide support as needed.
- Travel within the Waikato region may be required.

Requirements
- Be detail-oriented and observant, with the ability to manage complex processes and ensure accuracy.
- Possess self-awareness and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new legislation and processes.
- Display resilience and the ability to handle sensitive or high-volume situations.

Salary Range
The remuneration band for this role is $58,729 to $80,794, with the appointing salary based on skills and experience.
