We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in New Zealand. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across our network of hotels in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with our Global Sales Team to deliver set goals and maximize business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, travel agents, and hotel owners.
  • Manage and motivate your sales team to ensure they meet activity and sales targets.

About You:

  • You have a tertiary qualification in hotel management or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in senior hotel sales roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
