Job DescriptionThe primary function of this role will be to provide effective and timely communication to customers and emergency services, as well as coordinating the deployment of front-line operations personnel. This will involve working closely with our security staff and responding to various situations that may arise.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Coordinate the deployment of security personnel to emergency situations
- Provide clear and concise information to customers and emergency services during critical situations
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and incidents
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient response times
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a contact centre environment or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
