Job Description

The primary function of this role will be to provide effective and timely communication to customers and emergency services, as well as coordinating the deployment of front-line operations personnel. This will involve working closely with our security staff and responding to various situations that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Coordinate the deployment of security personnel to emergency situations
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers and emergency services during critical situations
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and incidents
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient response times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
