About the Role

As a key member of our mountain crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our chairlifts. Your primary duties will include meeting and greeting guests, assisting them on and off chairlifts, and checking tickets for authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all guests who ride a chairlift
  • Assist guests on and off chairlifts safely and in accordance with procedures
  • Check tickets for authenticity
  • Queue management and ability to plan for busy periods
  • Operate lift machinery
  • Participate in training for lift evacuations and de-icing chairlifts, and carry out these tasks safely and effectively during the season if required

About You

We are looking for individuals who possess high levels of energy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous alpine environment experience is an asset, but not required. We require at least 1 year of front-line customer service experience, along with strong teamwork skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
