Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they receive a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Select and fit guests with the perfect snowsports rental equipment, taking into account their skill level and preferences
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our snowsports equipment range, including features, benefits, and maintenance requirements
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment is in good working order and make repairs as necessary
