**Overview of the Job**

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is committed to building a talented and diverse workforce, and we are seeking a skilled Talent Management Assistant to help us achieve this goal.

In this role, you will work closely with our Learning & Development, Consulting, and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver exceptional talent management services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Coordination: Providing coordination support to our teams, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Supporting the recruitment process, including pre-employment checks, generating contracts, and initiating onboarding.
  • Employee Development: Booking training rooms, organizing catering, managing our Learning Management System e-learns, and updating employee training records.
  • Document Management: Processing employee documentation through Success Factors or manually, including letters of offer, contract extensions, parental leave confirmation letters, confirmation of employment, and variations to employment.

As a successful candidate, you will have a tertiary qualification in HR or a related field, previous experience in a coordination or administration role, and a solid understanding of New Zealand employment legislation.
