About You

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Development Manager to join our team. As a Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent development strategies that drive business results.

Your key qualifications will include:

  • A minimum of 7-10+ years of experience as a P&C Business Partner, ideally in a multi-site business.
  • Proven skills in remuneration, including incentive program management.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with employment agreements.
  • Great communication and leadership coaching abilities.
  • Union experience and a blue-collar background are a plus.
