Talent Development Manager

The Role:
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead our human resources function. As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business performance, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent.
You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and execute HR plans that support our business objectives. This includes managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

About You:
- 5+ years' experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or management role.
- Possess a strong understanding of NZ employment law and best HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
