Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing facilities, and engaging with stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control to ensure efficient operations.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of proven experience in administrative or business support roles.
- Proven expertise in managing procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle competing priorities and a multitude of stakeholders.
