In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of facilities management services across our Cedar Pacific properties.

You will work closely with stakeholders and service contractors to ensure seamless operations and maximise financial returns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for managing the delivery of all Facilities Management services
  • Stakeholder and service contractor management across Cedar Pacific properties
  • Maximising the financial return to UniLodge and the Owner

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience in the accommodation industry
  • Experience with facilities management (highly regarded)
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve & manage conflict
