Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Planning & Execution: Design, plan, and implement audio, visual, lighting, and staging solutions for events.
  • Production Management: Oversee all phases of production, maintaining timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of technical professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee inventory, maintenance, and scheduling of technical equipment to meet event requirements.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice to enhance their event experience.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all technical setups adhere to safety regulations and best practices.

About You:

Extensive experience in live events or entertainment production management. Comprehensive knowledge of AV, lighting, sound, and staging, with hands-on expertise in setup and operation. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
