National Sales Director

DB Breweries is seeking a National Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth across our traditional retail channels.
In this key role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing account plans and promotional programs that align with our retail strategy.
You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet them.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing account plans and promotional programs
- Managing monthly volume and profit forecasts
- Building and maintaining strong trading relationships with customers
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related field
- 3-5 years' experience in Liquor Industry or FMCG as an Account Manager or Business Manager
- Strong category management expertise and experience using Nielsen reporting
