National Field Sales Lead Opportunity

This role oversees achievement of the Regional P&L, including proactive reporting and variance management. You would report into the Managing Director NZ and have 3 direct reports.

About the Job:

  1. Lead the Route to Market team to effectively manage Regional performance through regular performance review, sales and negotiation.
  2. Ensure Regional plans are in place within the team to deliver required outcomes including store plans which are reviewed and optimised.
  3. Have a strategic and operational understanding of the customer within Regions, which is used to create RTM profiles and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively lead and manage customer contact to drive strategic customer relationship including store reviews.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered in the areas of distribution & SC, Customer service and finance.
  • Actively manage accounts in all these areas and include in strategic review meetings.
