Job Description
As a Key Account & Sales Support Specialist at Lodestar, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, supporting the sales team, and driving growth through data analysis and process optimization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Account management, including managing customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinating the onboarding of new customers and ensuring effective training on Lodestar systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams to build efficiencies in sales processes and customer service.
- Developing pricing proposals and supporting business growth opportunities.
- Analysing sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
