ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clientsDevelop and implement strategic account plansRegular communication with key accounts to monitor health of the accountNegotiate contracts, pricing, and termsProvide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholdersIdentify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accountsMaintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databasesFoster a culture of customer-centricity, professionalism, and excellence within the organizationPro-actively identify gaps in current process and systems and offer solutions for improvementMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline5 plus years of experience in a similar roleStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEssentialsProficiency with ERP Next or similar applicationExperience with a ticketing systemExperience in e-commerceUnderstanding of Large Language Models (LLM)Capable of establishing process design with maximum automationFlexible, independent, and able to work in a teamAmenable to work +or - 4 hours CETNice to HaveExperience in Global TradeKnowledge of German language
