We're seeking a Key Account Development Manager to join our team as a National Account Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing account plans and promotional programs that align with our retail strategy.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your key responsibility will be to manage monthly volume and profit forecasts, ensuring full-year targets are met.

Leading the annual customer planning process, driving profit, volume, trade spend, and market share, will also be a critical component of this role. You'll oversee the sell-in of NPD and consumer promotions to maximize sales opportunities and proactively manage trading terms across all allocated accounts.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through deep market and customer insights is essential to your success. You'll work collaboratively across departments to align strategies and set achievable sales targets and provide timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on account performance.

As part of your responsibilities, you'll manage and develop a Sales Support Executive, providing guidance on priorities and professional growth, and support field teams with the necessary tools to deliver on key execution priorities.

Maintaining 90% forecasting accuracy, ensuring alignment with demand management and S&OP processes, will also be a key focus area for this role.
