About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Kitchen and C&E department. This includes overseeing Mackenzies Restaurant, special events, weddings, conferences, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Requirements
