About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Kitchen and C&E department. This includes overseeing Mackenzies Restaurant, special events, weddings, conferences, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement culinary concepts and menus that align with the hotel's brand and guest preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and HACCP protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience as an Executive Chef, with a proven track record in Food & Beverage.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality kitchen operations, including financial acumen and labor costs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Commercially savvy, with a focus on driving revenue and profit growth across Food & Beverage.
